What we have done
Operations system for a building-materials business
Quotes, invoices and deliveries ran on an ageing system. Stock counts lived in one person's head. Payments did not reliably reach the accounting system.
A system we built replaced the old one in August 2026. The office, the yard and the external bookkeeper use it every day. Invoices and payments sync to Xero.
Requests from that business's staff
A change to the software meant waiting for a developer.
Staff press a feedback button on the page they are on. 644 requests arrived that way since April 2026, and 627 were closed as done. The median time from request to closed was 29 hours.
Our own company
Oren and Elad handled every message, follow-up and release themselves.
Our AI chief of staff, Cleo, writes a morning brief at 6:50 each day, checks the finances at 8:00, and checks client follow-ups and meeting preparation every 10 minutes. She has merged 555 changes into her own code since 25 August 2026.
How we work
We start with one small piece of work that removes a real daily task. When it is in use, we add the next one.
Software development costs are not comparable to a year ago. We move very fast. We aim for an arrangement that grows with your day-to-day needs, not the long, slow projects the software world is used to.
The approval gate
Nothing reaches your customers and nothing spends money without your tap. The system prepares the message or the payment and shows it to you; it goes out only when you approve that exact item.
We hold our own company to the same rule: since 12 June 2026, 412 actions waited for a director's approval, and the directors declined 75 of them.
